• Allow 1 - 3 days for orders to process as all pieces are handmade to order to reduce waste and promote sustainability. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped. Then allow an additional 3-5 days for shipping.

IMPORT AND TAXES

• Import tax might apply when you order from another country other than Indonesia.
• Tips: Check your countries "Free Import Amount" to be sure to NOT pay import tax
• USA: USD$800 in goods will be duty-free.
• Australia:  AUD$1000 in goods will be duty-free. You will need to complete a Self Assessed Clearance declaration (SAC declaration) to clear these goods through the Australian Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
• Canada: CAD$40 completely free. CAD$150 can be imported duty free but subject to valued added federal and provincial taxes.
• Germany: EUR€40 in goods will be duty-free.

PRE-ORDERS PROCESSING TIME FOR CUSTOMIZE ORDER (Currently we only support pre-orders to be more sustainable)

• Fee: Calculated at checkout & depending on your location
• Delivery Timing: Please allow up to 2 weeks for your jewelry and custom orders for delivery from the time you receive the order confirmation email.
• Exceptions: Express, Overnight and Same Day delivery is not available. Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery

STANDARD SHIPPING

• Fee: Calculated at checkout & depending on your location
• Delivery Timing: 7- 14 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email
• Exceptions:
  • If a standard order is placed over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday
  • Some designs are made to order and will fall under the category of Gold and Personalized Orders
  • Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery
  • Alaska and Hawaii: Allow 14 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email. For expedited delivery, we recommend you select Express

EXPRESS SHIPPING

• Fee: $30 may vary from country to country.
• Delivery Timing: 7 business days from the time you receive the shipping confirmation email
• Exceptions: If an order is placed on Friday or over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday
• Some zip codes are not available for this service
